This is a virtual 12-hour online workshop utilizing the evidence-based Bringing Baby Home curriculum. This workshop is a two day, two part workshop. Please plan to attend both days. In this workshop you can expect to learn ways to prioritize and strengthen your relationship, communication, and connection. You will learn how to set your family up for healthy bonding long after birth. You will learn ways to communicate with love and respect, even while stress. This workshop is based on over 40 years of research from the Gottman Institute!
This workshop is interactive! You will be given opportunities to practice the skills that are taught in the workshop during our time together and be given the chance to ask any questions you may have.
We do offer select scholarships to families demonstrating significant need as we want this workshop to be accessible to everyone. Please reach out to us to inquire about availability of scholarships.
This workshop is run by Kielyr Luthi, MSW, LICSW, PMH-C, a licensed therapist. However, this workshop is meant to be psycho-educational, meaning that it is designed to serve as teaching and guidance for you, and is not couples therapy. During this workshop, our educator will be available to assist with class exercises, not provide therapy. If you wish to pursue therapy, please email us and we would be happy to assist with referrals.
